Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
Our Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), K.I.T. Group GmbH, has secured room blocks at several hotels. As there are only a few small hotels near the conference venue, we have arranged for options in the city centre and other areas of the city.
To book your accommodation, please follow the instructions provided on each hotel’s information page to make your reservation directly with the hotel.
SCAM ALERT
We have been alerted of fraudulent emails sent to our members, faculty and partners. Be aware of scam emails asking you to confirm your travel dates and to receive an invoice afterwards. The sender is Global Travel via accommodation@gtravelservice.com, operations@gtravelmanagement.com or support@gtravelhost.com.
