Admission

Attendance to the course is limited to a maximum of 36 participants and admission is upon selection.

Application Deadline – April 15, 2026

1. Please submit your course application via the online application form, including the following documents:

• A short CV (maximum 2 pages) outlining your recent clinical experience and a list of recent publications

• A motivation letter describing your intended project in the field of Geriatric Oncology within your professional practice

• A one-page abstract of the clinical case you plan to present during the course

All materials must be submitted together through the online application system. NB: Applications sent by email will not be considered.

2. All submissions will be reviewed by the Course Committee and a decision will be sent to applicants by email.

3. Selected applicants must pay the admission fee within two weeks of invoice in order to be granted admission.

• 1500 Euros if SIOG Member
• 1600 Euros if non-Member of SIOG
• 1000 Euros if from LMIC

The fee includes:

• Course documents
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the course in Treviso
• Welcome reception and farewell dinner
• 1 year SIOG membership for those who are non-SIOG member
• Entrance to the Treviso Alumni Breakfast Meet & Greet at the SIOG Annual Conference 2026 (registration to the Annual Meeting NOT INCLUDED)

4. Upon payment receipt, applicants will receive further information related to the course.
