SIOG 2025 Paul Calabresi Award

The prestigious Paul Calabresi Award of the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG) honours a SIOG member who has made a significant and outstanding contribution to the mission of SIOG. Named in honour of the first SIOG President, Dr Paul Calabresi, the award recognises works that have significantly advanced the field of geriatric oncology, in a scientific or policy implementation area, worldwide.

For nominations, the following conditions apply:

Must be a SIOG member
Author of high-impact scientific publications
Significant influence in geriatric oncology
Major contributions to the advancement of international collaborations for SIOG
Outstanding and unconditional support to SIOG
Not currently on the SIOG Board
