Consultant geriatrician currently working at the Gregorio Maranon University Hospital (Madrid, Spain) where he co-leads a collaboration program between the departments of Geriatrics and General Surgery to prehabilitate older adults that are about to undergo surgery for colorectal and hepatobiliary/pancreatic cancer. He is part of the colorectal cancer tumor board and his clinic activity is focused on assisting older adults with cancer. Chair of the Early Career Geriatricians Group and Secretary of the Oncogeriatrics Interest Group of the Geriatrics and Gerontology Spanish Society.
