Dr Heather Lane is a Director of Physician Education and Geriatrician at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth with an interest in Geriatric Oncology. She is the Australian National representative for the International Society of Geriatric Oncology (SIOG), and a member of the SIOG Geriatricians Group. She is also a member of the Clinical Oncological Society of Australian (COSA) Geriatric Oncology Special Interest Group Executive.

He graduated from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS Delhi). He underwent senior residency in Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Medicine. He is currently working as a Consultant Geriatrician in Chennai. He has a few publications in indexed journals and a few book chapters. He was also a certified master trainer for the WHO ICOPE program. He also presented a few papers at international conferences. He was awarded travel scholarships for attending IAGG 2017, EuGMS 2019, and WCFPS 2019. His areas of interest are neurocognitive disorders, orthogeriatrics, palliative care and preventive geriatrics. He always educates his patients and their carers to maintain their independence. He likes to travel, treks, and photography is his leisure activity.

Dr Joyita Banerjee is a MBBS, PG (Dip) Geriatric Medicine, PhD, at present employed as clinical scientist in Department of Geriatric Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, India, New Delhi. She is a retired Major from the Indian Army where she worked as a short service commissioned medical officer. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Utkal University, Orissa in India and a Doctorate from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Her area of interest is Geriatric Oncology and palliative care. Her research work focuses on the development of appropriate assessment tools for the older person with malignancy and interventions including palliative and supportive care. She is a certified Palliative care Physician from Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC) and a volunteer in Non-Government Palliative Care Organization for cancer patients and older patients requiring palliation for various life limiting ailments –CanSupport. She is also involved in basic science research dealing with biomarkers of aging and cancer. Dr Banerjee holds the post of Project Manager from AIIMS, New Delhi in a National Institute of Health (US) funded, multi-centric project, Harmonized Diagnostic Assessment of Dementia for Longitudinal ageing study in India- (LASI-DAD). This is a nationally representative, novel study of its kind dealing with late life cognition and dementia and is a part of an international research collaboration and similar sister studies in different countries.

He is passionate about teaching, academics and research to provide the best evidence-based care for the older person. His areas of interest include Geriatric Oncology, Geriatric syndromes, Dementia, Urinary Incontinence, Orthogeriatrics , Perioperative care of the elderly and Community Geriatrics .

Dr Tanujaa Rajasekaran is a Consultant in the Department of Medical Oncology of the National Cancer Centre Singapore, sub-specializing in genitourinary, thoracic and head and neck cancers. She graduated from the National University of Singapore and was awarded the Dean’s list during her undergraduate studies. She completed her medical oncology specialty training in the National Cancer Centre Singapore. Her research interests are in geriatric oncology and genitourinary cancers. She also awarded the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) fellowship grant 2013 for her research in geriatric oncology. She has published in a number of well-known peer reviewed journals including Journal of Clinical Oncology. She is also actively involved in medical education. She is a Clinical Asst Professor at the DUKE NUS medical school and a Clinical Lecturer in Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS
