Kah Poh Loh (US)

Dr. Loh is originally from Malaysia. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and completed her internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center/Tufts University School of Medicine. She is currently pursuing a fellowship in combined geriatrics and hematology/oncology at University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital in the USA. At the University of Rochester, she works very closely with her mentors, Dr. Supriya Mohile and Dr. Karen Mustian, in multiple projects related to geriatric oncology. Her current research interests include three areas: 1) decision-making process in older adults with acute myeloid leukemia; 2) the effects of exercise in older adults with cancer; and 3) information technology in coordinating care in older adults with cancer. She hopes to become a future clinician, researcher and educator.
