Cindy Borghgraef (BE)

Cindy Borghgraef has achieved her Master in Neuropsychology at the Free University of Brussels, in Brussels, Belgium. Since nearly seven years, she develops her clinician and research expertise as neuropsychologist at the Jules Bordet Institute, Brussels, Belgium. Thanks to financial support of the Fund for Scientific Research-FNRS (F.R.S.-FNRS - Télévie, Belgium), she had a PhD focusing on the cognitive impact of chemotherapy among older patients with hematological malignancies. Currently, she works as neuropsychologist in the Jules Bordet Institute in both geriatric oncology and psycho-oncology departments.

Cindy is particularly interested in comprehensive geriatric assessment, related implementations, objective and subjective cognition, psychological well-being and especially patients' feeling of being a burden to the primary caregiver.
